I fixed it. I m convinced this pinhole was here when i bought it. 1 day after it, the spa lost air once again. This time i dont know where the pinhole is. I have to inflate it everyday. When it is not into the water it is very difficult to discover. I know i should use soap and water and put it everywhere. I am concerned about the external side of it because the plastic is not accessible as there is a knitted additional layer on it. About the mspa pump: With all mspas there is no access to the pump and there is no air valves. Now i think i have an airlock. My spa is doing like a noisy coffee machine-like sound. I tried to empty it and refill it but it didnt change anything. I think i have to put the bubble hose in it to remove any water in it when bath is totally empty. I would find it totally crazy to call the customer support for an airlock ! In the user manual, they say you have to remove the filter when you want to warm your spa up. I m really surprised about it. I can tell you water filter is VERY important in a spa. I let the filter on, it is warming up, but i dont know if it is taking more time or not. I tried to install the included aluminium carpet to keep the temperature. I tried to adjust it under the pump (pump leg is like 1 cm from the side of the carpet) and the different sides of the spa. But now my spa is bending on one side. I am stuck with it as i have 500L in it. There were no indications in the user manual to install the aluminium carpet. The pipe adaptor to drain the spa is a swimming pool hose adaptor. No way to connect it to a regular garden hose. So if the included hose is too small for you ( i think it is like 1 meter hose) you have to buy a special swimming pool hose. I ve bought one because i need 15 meters to put the pipe to a draining place. It costed me 50 euros. you find this kind of hose only in special swimming pool shop. So now, i am wondering... I have it... what i am going to do with it ? I am really concerned about it. For instance, if i leave my place for two days and come back and discover my floor is full of water ! If i sell it to somebody and if something similar happens to somebody else. I have the feeling i ve burnt 500 euros.
